🪄 HOW TO USE (5 steps)

1. Start with dry feet — for best results, use on completely dry skin. Dry dead skin removes more effectively than wet skin
2. Choose your grinding head — attach the coarse head (150 mesh) for thick calluses and cracked heels, or the fine head (300 mesh) for daily smoothing and maintenance
3. Power on and glide — press the button to start. Move the grinder in slow, circular motions over rough areas — heels, balls of feet, and toes
4. Switch heads as needed — once the thick skin is removed, switch to the fine head to polish and smooth the surface
5. Moisturize after — apply a rich foot cream or oil immediately after to lock in softness and keep skin hydrated
